DMCA & Content Removal Policy

How Our Service Works
Flikk is a curated video library that organizes publicly available educational videos from across the internet into learning categories. We do not host, upload, store, or redistribute any video files. All videos are displayed using official embed players from their original platforms, and views/revenue flow directly to the original creator.
For Content Creators
If you are the owner of a channel or content featured on our platform and would like your videos excluded from our library, you do not need to file a formal DMCA notice. Simply email us and we will remove your content within 48 hours:
- Email: hello@flikk.live
- Subject line: Content Removal Request
- Include: Your channel name or URL, and confirmation that you are the content owner (a brief email from your associated email address is sufficient).
We respect creators' rights unconditionally. If you don't want your content featured, it will be removed — no questions asked.
DMCA Takedown Notices
If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., the URL).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Send DMCA notices to: hello@flikk.live
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate our listing of content from any source that is the subject of repeated valid takedown notices.
Important Note
Since we embed videos via official embed systems from their original platforms (not re-hosting), the primary mechanism for content control lies with the original hosting platform. For example, removing a video from YouTube automatically removes it from our embed. If you need to remove a video from its source platform, please use that platform's copyright or content removal tools directly.
