We do not host, upload, or store video files. All videos are embedded from their original platforms using official embed players.

• Video content: All videos displayed on Flikk are owned by their respective creators and hosted on their original platforms. We claim no ownership over any video content.
• Curation and organization: The selection, arrangement, and editorial organization of content on Flikk (including category structures, editorial descriptions, and learning paths) are our original work.
• Trademarks: YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners. Flikk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any video platform or content creator.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in bulk.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the Service's infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that video content will remain available (as creators may remove videos at any time), that information is accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flikk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

7. Content Removal

If you are a content creator and wish to have your videos removed from our library, please see our DMCA & Content Removal Policy or email hello@flikk.live. We will process removal requests within 48 hours.

The Service embeds content from third-party video platforms and may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party service.
