Shortly after the reveal, internet users discovered that typing the dot.com domain into a browser does not lead to the new OpenAI platform. Instead, the URL redirects visitors directly to the download page for Grok, the competing AI chatbot developed by Elon Musk and his company xAI. Public registration records indicate that the dot.com address changed ownership in July, months before th
